Fin McCaul, born and bred in Northern Ireland, came to college in Liverpool in the early 80’s. Since 1990 he has owned and managed a number of pharmacies in the North West, currently he is involved in two Pharmacies in Prestwich and Burnley. He currently is a member of the Burnley LPC and is the Stop Smoking Lead on the LPC as well as working with the Stop Smoking Service in Bury. Fin is one of the founder members and Chairman of the IPF.
