Rachel is a qualified pharmacist with over 14 years experience in community pharmacy from pharmacy and area management to developing, implementing and delivering training to support staff, undergraduate, graduate and experienced pharmacists, through a variety of programmes Boots (formally Alliance Pharmacy).
Rachel also is the director of a consultancy company; Scientia Skills Ltd., which offers consultancy services and training, including an accredited Medicines Counter Assistant training programme.
She is also one of the few clinical NCAS (National Clinical Assessment Service) pharmacy assessors and helped develop the assessment tools for community pharmacy.
