Rhian is a Clinical Lead / Lecturer with Education for Health leading on portfolios which include Improving Health, and Management of Long Term Conditions. With 18 years experience in primary care nursing she continues to maintain a small role at a general practice surgery in inner-city Leeds. In 2005 Rhian won the Improvement Foundation Guy Rotherham Award for Quality Improvement setting up specialised clinics for patients with multiple long term conditions. Rhian’s interests include understanding the complexities of managing change for health improvement, assistive technology and social media in healthcare.
