Richard Janes is an experienced Space Planning Manager specialising in layout planning, planogramming and range analysis, initially in the retail sector and latterly in Community Pharmacy.
He currently works for Alphega Pharmacy, as a Retail Consultant. His role is to help pharmacists grow their OTC business and improve their retail environment.
Prior to joining Alphega Pharmacy Richard was the Macro Space Planning Manager for Alliance Pharmacy where he was accountable for range and layout planning for 900 stores.
