Kirit Patel

Kirit Patel is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Day Lewis Group, and has over 35 years of experience in retail pharmacy. He is a past Chairman of the National Pharmaceutical Association (NPA), past Treasurer of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB), and a founder member of the Association of Independent Multiple Pharmacies (AIMp).  Kirit has also served as a government advisor on the Small Business Council and the Better Regulation Task Force. He attained an MBA at University of Westminster (1988) and a Diploma in Philosophy from Brighton University (1995). He is also an alumnus of the Wharton Business School. His contribution to pharmacy and the country was recognised in 2005 when he was awarded an MBE.
