Natasha Jacques is currently working as the Principal Pharmacist for Diabetes at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust.  She is an independent prescriber and runs pharmacist-led clinics in secondary care for complex patients with diabetes mellitus.  She is also the chair of the UKCPA (United Kingdom Clinics Pharmacy Association) Diabetes group and has contributed to national guidelines including NICE and JBDS  guidelines and CPPE diabetes modules.
