How Behavioural Science Can Help Pharmacists to have a Greater Impact in Self-Care

GSK have partnered with leading behavioural psychologist Crawford Hollingworth from The Behavioural Architects to explore how Behavioural Science can help pharmacists build on the heightened salience and level of trust that COVID has created, and how to have a greater impact on consumer’s proactive self-care as well as more reactive treatments. Crawford will look at the self-care space from both the consumer and pharmacist perspective, considering their needs, motivations, and ability, to identify opportunity spaces that build pharmacist’s behavioural energy and increases their traction in the community.
Learning outcomes
1. Behavioural understanding of consumer and pharmacist needs, motivations, and ability within self-care.
2. Opportunity spaces for how pharmacists can build traction around self-care in the community.
