In this session, we explore the workplace Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives across the Pharmacy Workforce in London. Our objective is to share the successful initiatives that have been implemented by various pharmacy organisations in London to foster an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the transformative power of EDI initiatives, enabling them to drive positive change within their organisations and contribute to a more inclusive future for the pharmacy workforce across all areas of practice.
