GP Connect - Access Record: Structured and Update Record

Integrated working between Community Pharmacy and General Practice is key to delivering the Primary Care Access Recovery Plan. Investment in the right digital solutions to support community pharmacy professionals is essential to the delivery of clinical services. GP Connect Access Record: Structured will allow community pharmacy professionals to access the GP held patient record and Update Record will enable the sharing of structured information back to the GP record for ingestion into the patient record. This session will cover how these two capabilities can support pharmacy teams to provide safer services.
