How a CVD Prevention Fellowship is benefiting patients and primary care in south London

The Health Innovation Network has run two cohorts of its CVD Prevention Fellowship for primary care clinicians in south London. The fellows take part in a nine month programme in which they are provided a comprehensive package of clinical webinars as well as quality improvement training and support to undertake a QI project within their practice or PCN. Through engagement and innovation this programme aims to improve CVD outcomes for patients across south London.
