Collaborative working with secondary care: developing a community pharmacy IP Migraine service
This session will describe the development of an innovative migraine management service in pharmacies in the north east of England, which is being developed by the ICB, with secondary care neurologists and community pharmacy prescribers. It provides an example of how prescribing in community pharmacies could develop in the future, with collaborative working with secondary care teams supporting the Government's aim of shifting care from hospitals to the community.
