Reflective Pharmacy Practice: An Introduction to Reflective Models?
In this session I will be covering reflective pharmacy practice, and will introduce reflective models to support pharmacy professionals new to reflective writing. Reflective models such as the Gibbs Reflective Cycle (1988), and Kolb's Cycle of Reflective Practice (1984) will be explored in relation to maximising the learning potential from experiences in pharmacy practice. The importance of reflective pharmacy practice in underpinning future action plans, and their pertinence to GPhC revalidation and in developing pharmacy practice will be demonstrated.
