Beyond Weight-Loss Jabs—A Huge Opportunity
This year more than 100 million people worldwide will have taken weight-loss injections. Yet research shows that around 60% will discontinue them, often due to cost or severe side effects. Many of these patients find themselves in a medical vacuum, without clear guidance on how to maintain their health and weight.
This session explores how pharmacists can step into that gap, supporting patients with evidence-based, practical education on weight loss and disease reversal. Drawing on over 72 episodes of scientifically grounded content created by two doctors, the HealthBuddi program offers patients comprehensive support before, during and after weight-loss jabs. For pharmacies, this represents not only an opportunity to provide meaningful patient care, but also to access a new revenue stream through an affiliate model.
