LGBTQ+ health inequalities in pharmacy - how can I promote inclusivity as a Pharmacy Technician?

Pharmacy Technicians are key healthcare professionals within a patients care journey. But is our pharmacy practice inclusive? How could we improve it to provide the best patient-centred care possible?
In this session I will briefly go through the inequalities our LGBTQ+ patients come across in healthcare, how we can address them, and how we can improve them. I will also talk about my own journey within research and how I hope to improve LGBTQ+ inclusivity from a pedagogical stance.
