NHS Training Requirements
Whilst the NHS requirement for face to face training is every two years, in our view, it would be prudent to attend a face to face workshop annually if you have delivered less than 20 vaccinations. As a registered pharmacist you must sign and declare your own competence on the CPPE Declaration of Competence.

ECG Ltd work alongside many independent pharmacists, as well as larger chains and organisations, such as Boots and LloydsPharmacy in delivering online and face to face vaccination training to prepare them for NHS and private services. We have a large clinical team of trainers who will provide training at a time to suit our clients, whether that be during the day, evening or weekends.

We are also able to offer open vaccination courses nationwide for individuals to attend or come to your site for a group delivery.

We also provide mandatory and clinical skills training (such as Phlebotomy) to all our healthcare clients.

This discounted vaccination training session – available ONLY at The Pharmacy Show – covered:

  • Intramuscular and subcutaneous injection technique
  • Adult CPR
  • Anaphylaxis and the use of adrenaline
