A Dose of Wellbeing: Honest conversations from across pharmacy
A Dose of Wellbeing is the podcast from Pharmacist Support, created to support the wellbeing of pharmacists, trainees, students and the wider pharmacy community.
Through supportive and honest conversations, the podcast explores many of the challenges and experiences facing pharmacy today, including burnout, workplace pressures, confidence, leadership, career change, mental health, work-life balance and building healthier workplace cultures.
Recent episodes have featured guests such as pharmacist and Labour MP Taiwo Owatemi, who reflected on her journey from pharmacy into politics at just 27 and the importance of representation, encouragement, and believing in your own potential.
Listeners can also hear from Dr Danielle Adams, who shared valuable insights on neurodiversity, resilience, wellbeing, and the importance of creating psychologically safe and inclusive workplace cultures within pharmacy teams - an area that will continue to be an important focus for the charity moving forward.
Other conversations have explored topics such as coaching and personal development, stress and burnout, addiction, imposter feelings, financial wellbeing, and how pharmacy professionals can better support both themselves and each other.
Whether listeners are looking for practical wellbeing advice, inspiration from others in the profession, or simply reassurance that they’re not alone, A Dose of Wellbeing offers conversations designed to inform, encourage and empower.
The podcast continues to grow and reach new audiences across pharmacy, with opportunities also available for organisations interested in sponsorship and partnership.
You can listen on all major podcast platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts, as well as on YouTube.
