NPA strategy: committed to continuous improvement
The NPA is committed to offering the best possible practical pharmacy and business support for our members – our promise to members is we are with you, every step of the way.
To this end, we are updating and refining our online offering to pharmacies, creating third party support and discount programmes for members, and continually reviewing and upgrading our insurance offering so NPA Insurance and NPA member support is – and remains – the best quality and the best value available anywhere in our industry.
We will support members at every stage of their pharmacy journey and increasingly offer tailored support, whether they are single operators, small groups or larger independent multiples – with all our work directly shaped and led by members.
Developments during the coming year will include a radically improved digital interface, a renewed partner support programme, a focussed training programme for pharmacy staff and tailored business support to help members weather a tough funding environment.
We will fight hard for the core work of pharmacies and their vital role in medicine supply. We will also work to create new business opportunities for our members - by fostering innovation that can take pharmacy to the next level.
Meanwhile our unrivalled advocacy and media relations work will continue, giving pharmacy a voice at the top table of debate and decisions.
