R1 is the newest Reveal body camera. Taking the widely-adopted and loved small format of the Calla camera which we pioneered for retail and healthcare wearers in 2017, the R1 offers upgrades in functionality to boost wearer safety in non-enforcement sectors today. Full Shift Battery
The R1 can record up to 10 hours of footage on a single charge. Should your environment or policy demand it, keep the screen on for optimal deterrence and transparency with the public, and don't miss a moment with our enhanced battery life.
Pre-Record Buffer
Capture up to 2 minutes of video before recording activation to ensure crucial interactions and incidents are not missed. With R1, you can customise the pre-record buffer to suit you.
Improved Situational Awareness:
SOS Button
The SOS button can alert support teams of an urgent situation to then expedite a response. Send an alert to your security control room or Alarm Receiving Centre through DEMS 360 over Wi-Fi.
Connected & AI Ready
The R1 supports Bluetooth Activation and comes enabled for future AI capabilities.

We've made numerous design adjustments to increase the robustness of R1. Water and dust resistant to an IP67 rating, the R1 has an improved red slider switch, magnet casing and screen material compared to our Calla camera.
