Primary Care Networks and local pharmacy teams - LPC perspectives

06 Oct 2019
KEYNOTE THEATRE
The National Health Service has a new Long Term Plan and a determination to integrate care across the system at a very local level, particularly for complex or high risk patients. As part of these changes, new primary care networks (PCNs), covering populations of 30-50,000 people will begin the process. Our LPC leaders will tell you about the preparations they’ve made so far, what this means for community pharmacy in a PCN area, and how you can help.
Speakers
Nick Kaye, Associate Chief Executive - Cornwall LPC
Ruth Buchan, Chief Executive - Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire
James Wood, Chief Executive - Community Pharmacy Surrey & Sussex (LPCs)
Michael Lennox, Local Integration Lead - National Pharmacy Association
