Their input helps us stay relevant, credible and forward-looking and ensures the programme supports the profession through change.
Dervis Gurol, Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, Sussex Pharmacies, Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network Director

Dervis Gurol is a Superintendent Pharmacist, Independent Prescriber, and Director of the Independent Pharmacy Contractors Network (IPCN) a growing national cooperative driving innovation, advocacy, and collaboration across the independent pharmacy sector.
As the owner of Healthy-U Pharmacy in Saltdean, East Sussex, Dervis leads a high-performing community pharmacy known for its progressive, service-led approach. He has pioneered a hybrid model that combines NHS dispensing with private clinical services, including weight management, dermatology, ear care, and wellness prescribing, many of which he delivers himself as an Independent Prescriber.
Dervis regularly contributes to national media and professional discussions on the future of pharmacy. His work and commentary have been featured on BBC News, BBC One, LBC, The Guardian, ITV News, The Times, C&D, and The Pharmacist. He holds an MPharm degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, and is currently supporting other pharmacy owners across the UK to unlock new service-led revenue streams and embed prescribing into frontline pharmacy practice.
Through IPCN, he works closely with contractors, policymakers, and professional networks to influence real-world change, from funding reform to digital transformation. Dervis brings a unique mix of clinical expertise, legal insight, and entrepreneurial drive and remains committed to helping pharmacy evolve, collaborate, and lead from the front.
Santosh Sahu, CEO & Founder, Charac Ltd

Santosh Sahu is the Founder and CEO of Charac, The Pharmacy App. Santosh has over 20 years’ experience in the retail, banking and IT sectors building tech platforms and business solutions. His recent experience includes founding and leading On The Dot as CEO, a last-mile delivery platform within the CitySprint Group. Santosh has since founded Charac to digitalise independent community pharmacies, helping them survive and thrive whilst transforming primary care within the UK.
Amerjit Singh, Manager Director, Sharoe Green & Skills4Pharmacy

Having opened his first pharmacy, Sharoe Green Pharmacy, in Lancaster in 1999, Amerjit is both a pharmacist, contractor and the founder of Skills4Pharmacy, one of the biggest pharmacy education providers in the country and the only large provider owned by a pharmacist. Skills4Pharmacy, established in 2015, is designed to help young people enter and eventually become the future of our pharmacy industry.
Amerjit also co-founded ABUK (Autism Beaudon Understanding Kindness), a charity dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and understanding communities for children with autism and their families.
Former Pharmacy Business Magazine Innovation Award winner, Amerjit has also been nominated for numerous national awards in both pharmacy and the education sectors.
