Charis, a cardiac nurse by training, has been involved in strategic change and innovation programmes in the NHS for the last 25 years. She has led programmes to deliver digitally enabled improvement across secondary, primary and community services, both locally and nationally at NHSX. Focused on system, scale and sustainability she is currently the Assistant Director for Digital Primary Care at NHS England.
