Charlotte has a strong track record in driving service improvement and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through service redesign. She is particularly passionate about supporting and advocating for neurodivergent staff within Pharmacy, championing inclusive workplaces and raising awareness to ensure that all professionals thrive and contribute fully. In addition to her leadership roles, she is actively involved in mentorship, coaching and professional development, and is committed to advancing the evolving roles of clinical pharmacy staff.
