Gail Hall is a recognised leader in pharmacy education and workforce development, combining NHS strategic leadership with academic expertise. She is Pharmacy Workforce Lead for Joined Up Care Derbyshire, Associate Professor at De Montfort University and Vice President of the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK). Gail holds a Doctorate in Clinical Education and leads initiatives to develop a sustainable, integrated pharmacy workforce. Her work spans experiential learning, interprofessional education and research, with a strong focus on amplifying the voice of pharmacy technicians and advancing their role within healthcare.
