Grace is a community pharmacist, public and global health professional currently working as a Research Officer and Programme Manager at the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association. In this role she has led on monitoring, evaluation, and research across international antimicrobial resistance (AMR) programmes in low- and middle-income countries. Her work includes leading the Commonwealth Partnerships for Antimicrobial Stewardship (CwPAMS) sustainability study, developing evidence-informed policy recommendations, managing community pharmacy AMS initiatives, and contributing to international advocacy and peer-reviewed publications. Alongside her global health role, Grace continues to practise as a community pharmacist based in North Wales, with nine years' experience delivering front-line patient care across diverse communities. Maintaining clinical practice enables her to bridge policy, research, and real-world implementation, ensuring her work remains grounded in the current challenges faced by healthcare professionals and patients. Previously, Grace held senior public health roles within local government, leading on health protection, infection prevention and control, outbreak management, and emergency preparedness. She has extensive experience translating research and surveillance data into practical policy and service improvements at local, national, and international levels.
