As the Professional Lead Pharmacy Technician for CNWL NHS, policy lead for Pride@CNWL staff network and the co-founder & co-chair of the APTUK Pride Branch, Jason is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all pharmacy service users and staff.
Additionally, Jason is part of the Pan-London, Pharmacy EDI Champions group, where he led the LGBTQ+ sub-group to help form the NHSE London Pharmacy Inclusive Language Charter.
Jason and his Pride Branch co-chair created the Pharmacy Pride: Inclusive Leadership and Learning series (PPILLS) which delivered awareness sessions throughout June 2026 to pharmacy staff in the UK.
