MApharmT, MSc Management & Leadership in Healthcare Science Kulpna Daya is an experienced pharmacy technician and senior leader working across pharmacy workforce, training and education. Her career spans community pharmacy, secondary care, education and workforce development, with experience in service improvement, governance, medicines safety, workforce planning and the delivery of professional education programmes. She is a Co-Founder of Pharmacy Technicians of Colour, a member of the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK), and part of the Pan-London EDI Champions Group, where she leads the Race and Ethnicity and Inclusive Recruitment subgroups. Kulpna is committed to supporting pharmacy teams, raising professional standards and championing inclusive practice to help build a more representative and equitable pharmacy workforce.
