Kulpna is an experienced pharmacy technician and senior leader who started her career in community before moving into secondary care. She is a member of APTUK and Co-Founder of Pharmacy Technicians of Colour. As an educationalist specialist, Kulpna has extensive clinical experience which she utilises to promote practice standards to trainees and established members of the team alike. She is committed to enhancing the roles pharmacy technicians and strongly feels that by ensuring there is equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace, pharmacy professionals will be able to optimise pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of the diverse population. Kulpna has undertaken various roles and has been involved in many projects including setting up out-patients wholly subsidiary, introducing new pathways and developing new training standards and governance structures with the safe and secure handling of medicines.
