Lila Chohan

Lila Chohan is a diabetes and endocrinology pharmacist, working in secondary care in the West Midlands. Alongside clinical practice, Lila is actively involved in education and professional development including lecturing at Warwick Medical School. Their professional interests extend to medicines safety, with roles on the Medicines Safety and Quality Committee and a Steering Group at the United Kingdom Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA). They recently completed a NIHR Clinical Academic Programme, combining clinical practice and academic research. With over a decade of secondary care experience, Lila recently led a Trust-wide team to successfully winning the national Insulin Safety Week Excellence Award, recognising their work to improve insulin safety.
