I am a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, with over 25 years’ experience. I joined the in-house legal team at NPA Insurance in 2004 to handle pharmacy claims, including complex dispensing errors, coroner’s inquests, criminal prosecutions and Fitness to Practice Investigations.
I went on to hold the roles of Head of Legal and Chief Operating Officer and became Managing Director of Pharmacy Insurance in 2023. I sit on the Insurance Company Board as an Executive Director.
I continue to have oversight of our award-winning legal team, distribution of pharmacy insurance and pharmacy indemnity operations. I am passionate about protecting community pharmacy and providing Gold Standard indemnity solutions and expert legal support as the profession evolves.
