Michael has 40 years leadership and operational experience within the pharmacy and wider primary and secondary care healthcare sectors both in the Southwest and Nationally. This has included leading, coaching and mentoring senior business development teams, working with corporate Boards and Execs to develop organisational strategies and operational plans. As a qualified pharmacist, Michael has excellent and a highly-detailed understanding of community pharmacy, the NHS and the development and delivery of healthcare products and services. Michael currently has national and local ICS based roles within community pharmacy allowing him to apply his diverse and extensive skills-base in people leadership as well as customer-facing business operational and development arenas.
