Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in providing patient-centred care, supporting individuals with their medicines, and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
I have also been an experienced independent prescriber for over 6 years, allowing me to assess patients, manage a range of clinical conditions, and prescribe appropriately as part of a holistic approach to patient care.
