Rakhi is the Associate Director For Primary Care for the Specialist Pharmacy Service. She supports the Pharmacy Integration Project, which has been commissioned to develop and deliver a range of resources, professional development tools and networking opportunities to support pharmacy colleagues working in PCNs, care homes and community pharmacy settings across England. Rakhi has been working as a pharmacist for Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for over 13 years.
