Shiva Fouladi-Nashta, MPharm, PgDip, IP, MRPharmS is an Accredited Advanced Pharmacist (Learning Disabilities) and Independent Prescriber with extensive experience working across community and mental health services in East London. Her clinical interests include learning disability, autism, ADHD, medicines optimisation, and STOMP (Stopping Over Medication of People with a Learning Disability, Autism or Both). She has experience supporting ADHD assessment and treatment pathways and co-leads the development of Co-SMR (Co-produced Structured Medication Reviews), an innovative approach that places people with learning disabilities and their carers at the centre of medicines optimisation. Shiva regularly delivers teaching and conference presentations at regional and national level and is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and reducing health inequalities for neurodivergent populations.
