Dr Yasmin Karsan is a pharmacist and Service Lead at Karsons Pharmacy, where she leads the delivery of the full range of community pharmacy services — from Pharmacy First and NHS vaccination programmes to long-term condition support and public health services. She holds a PhD, an MSc, and is a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (FRPharmS). Under her leadership, Karsons Pharmacy recently launched a roving vaccination van, taking services directly out into the community to reach patients who face barriers to accessing care in a traditional pharmacy setting — reflecting her broader focus on innovative, accessible models of community pharmacy delivery. Alongside her clinical role, Yasmin is a digital health innovator and clinical safety specialist, applying the DCB0129 and DCB0060 standards to help health technology meet UK regulatory and patient safety requirements.
