Aamer is an experienced hospital pharmacist who has sat on national boards. Aamer is currently a registrant member of the GPhC council and has been a Board member of the RPS English Pharmacy Board and a General Committee member of UKCPA. Aamer is a lay member of NHS Blood and Transplant sitting on the ophthalmology and kidney advisory groups. Aamer was one of three pharmacists selected for the inaugural NHS Leadership Academy Clinical Leadership Fellowship programme as is the only pharmacist to write a module for the Edward Jenner leadership programme.
