Ben Tindale is a Senior Service Delivery Manager for NHS Primary Care Services & Service Owner for the Manage Your Service (MYS) portals at NHSBSA. He has worked within Primary Care Services since joining the NHSBSA in 2006 with responsibility for MYS since it’s Private Beta release in pharmacies from 2017.
Ben and his team are responsible for identifying opportunities and developing digital solutions for Primary Care Services.
The current focus of the team is to develop digital solutions that reduce the effort for pharmacies to submit information to the NHSBSA (such as reimbursement and remuneration), safely and securely online, primarily through the use of application programming interfaces (APIs) utilised by pharmacy IT suppliers.
