Caroline is the Pharmacy Workforce lead for Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire primarily focusing on increasing independent prescribing training capacity, student placement activity and developing cross sector roles. Having worked in hospital, primary and intermediate care she has a keen interest in enabling people to work more closely together across the system for the benefit of patients.
