Dalvinder is the Lead Pharmacy Technician at Boots UK, where she leads the strategic direction for over 1,000 pharmacy technicians nationwide. Since joining Boots in 2005, she has held a variety of leadership roles across community pharmacy and outpatient services. Her previous positions include Operations and Implementation Manager for hospital services and Commercial Manager for pharmacy services, where she played a key role in driving innovation and enhancing service delivery.
In her current role, Dalvinder is a passionate advocate for advancing the pharmacy technician profession. She works closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies to maintain the highest standards in patient care, professional practice, and workforce development.
