NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB)
Helen qualified as a pharmacy technician in 2001 and has worked in multiple sectors including community, hospital, social and primary care. She has worked as an operations and service manager in a variety of posts for the last 10 years, and currently manages the Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct service.
Helen is also the strategic pharmacy workforce lead for the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System.
In addition to a Foundation Degree in Medicines Management, Helen has recently graduated with an MBA from the University of East Anglia – which was undertaken as an apprenticeship, also gaining a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.
Helen holds Chartered Manager status from the CMI.
