Jill is currently providing strategic contract reform advice to the NPA. She previously sat on NHS England's negotiating team for the CPCF and held senior roles in pharmacy policy and strategy as well as in pharmacy commissioning where she was responsible for the commissioning of over £2.5billion of community pharmacy services across England. She has interests in quality and patient safety and urgent care. She was responsible for setting up local vaccination services for COVID-19 vaccination through community pharmacy and was key in managing the national primary care COVID-19 response. Jill is a registered pharmacist and has worked with the IHI on safety collaboratives. She has a PhD in hi-tech healthcare at home and shared care. She has broad experience of working in hospital, general practice, community services, research and academic settings as well as in community pharmacy and has worked across the NHS in various strategic roles.
