Head of Learning Development, Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education
Lesley has had a lead role in learning development at the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education since 2010. Her previous experience as a pharmacist in General practice and community pharmacy service design has led to a passion in developing training to promote person-centred practice. Following completion of a Masters in Clinical Education she has a special interest in assessment and methods for assuring competence to provide quality person-centred pharmacy services. She is the Deputy chair of the Community Pharmacy Competency Group and contributed to the initial design and development of the Declaration of Competence system.
