Minesh Parbat, has worked in senior leadership positions within the NHS and has led on medicines optimisation projects both strategically and operationally. He is the Chief Pharmacist for North Solihull Primary Care Network where he provides leadership to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Paramedics, Trainee Nurse Associates and Clinical Care coordinators. He continues to practice as an independent prescribing pharmacist and runs long term conditions clinics in asthma and structured medication reviews. He has also advised NICE, and other national Pharmacy committees and reference groups and has been appointed as a senior honorary lecturer at University of Birmingham, School of Pharmacy. Additional he is one of the Global Leads for Pharmacy leadership development (International Pharmaceutical Federation) and has a keen interest in leadership research. Minesh enjoys cycling, trekking mountains and photography, and supports Aston Villa!
