Omar has worked as a Pharmacist for 16 years in which time he has gained a variety of experience between community pharmacy, GP practices and care homes. Omar has specialist interests in respiratory medicine and addressing health inequalities. Over the last year he has been utilising his prescribing skills as an independent prescriber for the NHS IP pathfinder service at Farah Chemists in Benwell, Newcastle upon Tyne.
