Ramandeep Sandhu is a dynamic leader in pharmacy with over 15 years experience across various sectors. She practices as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in primary care, Teaching Fellow in Pharmacy at Aston University and Head Of Pharmacy for South Doc Services. With expertise of leading pharmacy teams and executing healthcare strategy to deliver health outcomes. She is enthusiastic about supporting other pharmacists with an interest in primary care pharmacist roles. Prior to this, she has worked in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy and prison pharmacy. She has experience in digital healthcare, worked for NHS Direct (now NHS 111) and as Superintendent Pharmacist for a leading online pharmacy. Ramandeep is a strong believer in learning and development and leads the Advanced Health Assessment Courses in her academic role. She is also the Chair of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Advanced Pharmacist Assessment Panel. Outside of pharmacy, Ramandeep does a lot of charity work abroad and supports a range of community service projects in the Midlands.
