Sharon is a Senior Prescribing Adviser – Integrated Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation at Birmingham and Solihull (BSol) Integrated Care Board. With a career spanning secondary and primary care, academia, and community pharmacy, and a strong track record for multidisciplinary team working and pioneering new pharmacy roles. Sharon leads on system-wide projects, one of which includes the establishment and ongoing development of the BSol Pharmacy Faculty which supports the pharmacy workforce. Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Sharon works for the General Medical Council and is completing a Professional Doctorate (DPharm) at Keele University, She has a keen interest in education, training, research, leadership and a passion for working in an integrated pharmacy team to provide best patient care and improve health outcomes.
