Tahmina is the national clinical lead for community pharmacy in the digital primary care team within transformation directorate at NHS England. She has a diverse clinical background and career spanning across primary and secondary care, urgent care and academia. More recently Tahmina has been leading on digital transformation programmes across the Digital Medicines portfolio with a specific interest in interoperability and is currently leading the delivery of the community pharmacy digital priorities as part of the Primary Care Access Recovery Plan.
