Yinka is a senior pharmacy leader, with extensive experience in learning and development within all sectors of pharmacy practice, supporting the development of professional teams and leaders for over 15 years. Yinka is a community pharmacist by background with over 20 years’ experience, but has worked in other sectors of pharmacy, recently working as the principal pharmacist for Education, Training and Workforce Development at an acute Trust and has worked in primary care as an Independent Prescriber. Yinka describes herself as a committed lifelong learner, recently completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education. As an educator, Yinka is passionate about helping people grow as compassionate leaders and describes being part of someone’s personal development journey as a privilege! Yinka has a portfolio career, currently working as the Community Pharmacy Clinical Lead for Frimley ICS, leading the community pharmacy integration agenda, is a member of the CPPE London regional team and is also a member of CPPE’s coaching team.
