What Happens After I Signed Up For The Show?
How Can I Make Changes To My Registration?

Please be aware that we send our tickets by mail prior to the show. You may edit your details until the 27th August to receive your amended badge by mail. Alternatively, you can also amend your information onsite.
What Is Included In My Conference Pass?
Your ticket gets you to access to all eight theatres, covering a huge range of topics as well as big issue discussions around the current issues. You'll also get the chance to explore a lively exhibition, meet with suppliers and test products and innovations.

When Will I Receive My Ticket?
Your ticket(s) are being sent about three weeks prior to the show via mail. If you signed up after the 27th August. You can print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously.

Do you recommend any hotels?
In partnership with Event Express, we've secured discounted rates at a selection of Birmingham hotels. We're able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to Birmingham. Event Express is the only hotel provider endorsed by the Pharmacy Show, and we encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.

What public transport is available to use?
Network West Midlands has all the online timetables and fare information you need with easy ticket buying and route planning.
More and more local buses have facilities such as low floors for easy access for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Please remember that you need to give the exact fare to the driver as you board.Swift Pay As You Go
The cashless way to travel. Simply load credit to your card to buy single, return and day tickets on the bus and tram.
No more hassle finding the exact change, just ask your bus or tram driver for your ticket when you board. With most bus operators accepting Pay As You Go and offering a discount, as well as discounted fares on Midland Metro if you pay cash on the bus or tram then switch today to start saving.
Is there any parking available at the venue?
When it comes to exhibition parking, it’s rare to be spoilt for choice. Yet with over 16,500 spaces available you won’t need to search for a spot - once your satnav has brought you to the NEC, follow the signs for the show you're visiting. What’s more, in addition to a vast choice of spaces you can also pick from a range of payment methods including Pre-Paid Parking. Find out more on the NEC website.
How can I arrive by airplane?
Birmingham Airport is right on our doorstep. Simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.

Do I need a VISA to attend the show, if I am not from the United Kingdom?
You may be required to obtain a visa if you are travelling from outside the EU, EEA or Commonwealth. Go to gov.uk to find out more!

The NEC aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. Visit their website for a quick guide to some of our facilities – if you would like to know more, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Are exhibitors collecting any personal data?
All our attendee badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organisation, and e-mail address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned.
Continuing Professional Development Accreditation
How many CPD hours will I receive?
BVA Live is accredited for up to 17 hours of CPD for vets and vet nurses.
The conference programme features more than 40 internationally-renowned speakers, delivering 70+ hours of accredited education. It has been designed to cover all species and a broad range of clinical and business topics so matter what your interests and needs, you will get the knowledge and advice you need at BVA Live.

Will presentations or recordings be available for purchase?
With over 70+ hours of world-class content this year, we will be offering this year’s lectures online after the show at Vet Show Academy. Is lunch included in my conference pass?
Lunch and beverage service is included as part of your delegate badge. You will find lunch vouchers in your Holiday Passport Book to be redeemed for lunch and refreshments in the hall.
Coffee, tea and water stations are available throughout each day within the exhibition hall.
Lunch will be served between 11:30AM – 2:30PM each day. It can be obtained with the vouchers found within your holiday passport book (included within your delegate bag). Ensure you bring the vouchers with you each day.
Can I bring my child/baby?
Unfortunately, daycare is not available at BVA Live, however, the NEC Birmingham offers baby change/feeding facilities throughout the venue. Find out more here. Babies are welcome in harnesses or pushchairs within the exhibition however for safety purposes, we do ask that if you are planning to bring children under 18, you let us know here.
Is it possible to smoke at the venue?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue aside from our designated smoking areas. No excuses, no exceptions. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping. Our designated smoking areas are outside the Piazza entrance, the Piazza garden (weather and daylight permitting) and just off the Atrium main entrances.
Is a Lost & Found office available?
It happens to us all, so if you’ve lost something at BVA Live head to our Organisers Office or the NEC Security Office at either the Piazza or Atrium and we’ll do our best to help. Alternatively, call the NEC Lost Property Department on 0121 767 3883.
Where do I pick up my event materials?
Please collect your delegate bag from the entrance area; this includes the Official Show Guide, holiday passport book (lunch vouchers), notepad, pens and other information from our sponsors and partners.
