Pharmaceutical companies have solely provided sponsorship through the purchase of exhibition space and/or sponsored speaker sessions with no further input into the arrangements or agenda of the meeting. Who qualifies for a free ticket to the show?

  • UK-registered healthcare professionals

  • Pharmacists

  • Media / Journalists (upon request and approval)

  • Senior leaders working within a pharmacy or healthcare establishment. Other applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Buyers, wholesalers and distributors

If you do not meet these requirements or work for a commercial company, you will not qualify for a free ticket. You may apply for a Commercial Delegate Pass priced at £203+VAT. To ensure only healthcare professionals apply for complimentary passes, we ask that you sign a disclaimer agreement at the beginning of the registration form.

All registrations are subject to additional vetting, and the event organisers reserve the right to reject or refuse any registration they consider doesn’t meet these requirements. Contact us if you are unsure whether you qualify for a free pass or not. 

Undergraduate students and minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend, to comply with the ABPI Code of Practice.
